Benevolent connects individuals in need (“Beneficiaries”) with donors (“Donors”) through a validation process conducted by charitable organizations with 501(c)(3) and/or tax- exempt status (“Validators”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Services.
When you submit data on the Benevolent Site, you agree to the terms outlined in Benevolent’s privacy policy. Please remember that while we are very committed to respecting Beneficiaries privacy, the nature of connecting Beneficiaries with Donors requires that we share information you provide us on the Site. The data privacy statement helps explain what you can expect with respect to our treatment of your information.
We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time. We will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the Policy the date it was last updated.
